International German Championship in Stage Fencing

Participation Information - Registration

The registration is closed. We can announce the record of 59 registered plays. The registered teams and the program will be published soon.

Registration is open until the 31st of July 2009.

1. Participation fees:

Solo: 10 EUR
Duel: 20 EUR
Group: 40 EUR

The fees must be paid within two weeks after registration via bank transfer to the following account:

2. Documents:

The following documents and materials have to be handed in or brought to the event.

CD's with the music and sound effects (one CD per presentation)
evidence of health insurance
evidence of the qualification of the fencing coach (can also be send in advance via email or mail)
written declaration of consent of the parents for minors (can also be send in advance via email or mail)

Besides you can hand in the following documents until the 4th of september 2009:

short abstract of the presentation for the jury in English (voluntarily also in German)
Titel of the performance and optional a short text for the introduction (3 lines)
